I need help in other to understand why the Security Center keeps saying "Apply disk encryption on your virtual machines" even after disk encryption has been applied. I see in Azure documentation that we need to wait up to 48 hours to make sure that Security Center will collect latest updates, but it's more than 3 days now that the changes have been applied. I confirm that the encryption is applied because it says Enabled for Encryption in VM disk settings. I also see the icon in VM OS. Not sure what I could be missing or if there is an additional steps to make it work. Any help would be great. I have followed the steps described here:

Azure Security Center occasionally has lags when there is an update, and unfortunately there is no manual option to rescan. Normally it should not take more than 48 hours but it is possible that there is a longer lag right now. I have escalated your question to the product team and will update you if they have a more definitive answer.
