I was referred to the forums after Microsoft support was unavailable to help me. Once the Infopath issue was determined I was pushed here.

We have a client that uses Office 365 Sharepoint Online. We have a site with multiple document libraries. Each document library has a group on it that gives permissions to a district manager. Within the document libraries, there are Infopath items. These infopath items are submitted to a document library labeled "Share". The "Share" library is not immediately accessible by the users submitting via browsing/shortcuts. This is to prevent the users from going back and editing the documents once they are submitted.

I have one user in particular that cannot submit. They get an error message that says that they cannot submit because they may only have read access to the share. I will have to gather an actual screenshot of the issue.

I'm out of options. I thought the issue might be permissions but after deleting, recreating the group and adding the user back to it with at least an "Edit" permission or higher it still has no success. I'm thinking the issue lies with Infopath. The log ID I get is  Log ID:5567
