We are using Office365 Sharepoint online. We designed InfoPath form and publish into Sharepoint for uses to fill in web browser.

We like to setup item level permission, but can't see there is item level settings in the Advance setting. Basically we only want users view their related items, not the others. Could anyone advise how to achieve it?

You can set item permission in form library.

与->高级->共享停止继承权限"，您可以在以下项上设置权限:

Shared  with->Advanced->Stop Inheriting Permissions, you can set permission on the item:
