We could use an InfoPath form to achieve this requirement. Add a check box to check whether user wants to enter N/A. When the user checks the "N/A", the "ASSET TAG" text box field disappears and the user does not need to enter a value in the "ASSET TAG" text box field. If the user does not check the "N/A", he must enter a value in the "ASSET TAG" text box field.

步骤如下:
