I have created a content query webpart which gets data from multiple list. I made changes in ItemStyle.xsl to display the custom columns. Now I want to achieve paging mechanism in the same webpart. I found a solution to deploy current Imtech Content Query Web Part wsp file but my clients are not comfortable to deploy external solutions. Is there any other way I can achieve the same? like making changes in itemstyle or contentquerymain xsl files.

Please do not use the XSL or XSLT webpart for SharePoint Online. You should use the JS/Display template or REST API to retrieve the data from the source and displaying it on html table format.
