I just created a new custom user profile property (field) in sharepoint online.

我可以在delve用户个人资料中看到新字段，并且可以编辑该字段.

I can see the new field in my delve user profile and I'm able to edit this field.

但是，如果我在Delve中搜索添加的字段内容，则搜索未找到任何内容. (没有结果)

But if I'm searching in Delve for the field's content I added, the search didn't find anything. (no result)

I waited for > 24 hrs now (just want to be sure that the crawling/indexing is finished) - but still cant find anything with the delve search.

Per my test, I can reproduce your condition.

It seems by default that we cannot search for a user property in Delve search box directly.

作为替代方案，我们可以通过SharePoint搜索中心网站中的用户属性来搜索人员.

As an alternative, we can search people though user property in SharePoint search center site.
