I've been trying to setup Elastic Database Jobs. I created a blank S0 database and created elastic job agent through the portal however this didn't seem to deploy properly. No Job Agents are visible however if i try to create one i get a failure as one is already associated to it. likewise if i try to delete the database to start again i get a similar error:

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of the job / disassociate from the database?

Can you see if you have a deployment failed on the resource group where you were creating your Elastic Job Agent?
Go to the resource group and the to the "Deployments" tab.

If you don't have any fail deployments try to open the Azure portal with another browser or in private mode just to confirm that is no cache issues on the browser side that is not showing the Elastic Job Agent.

Is it possible for you to delete the resource group where the Elastic Job Agent is? This of course is just if you don't have any other resources on that resource group that you want to keep it.

If you have a fail deployment or if you still don't see the Elastic Job Agent doing the previous steps, I advice to open a support request.
