Hi,
I have developed a website using asp.net 4 on the Dev server.
The weblocation is of type "File System"
I can browse to it by i.e.:
http://localhost:12345/projectname/Login.aspx

Two other developers who also have admin rights on the Dev server can also browse to this site.

Question:
Another person who doe snot have admin rights on the server is trying to access that link but the error is: internet explorer can not display the webpage.

Do you know how this person can access the site?
And do NOT want to give this person admin rights on the Dev server.
