I am facing a strange issue suddenly. PFB for more details:

I have a SharePoint website deployed in IIS 8.5. We have page that reads Survey responses, dynamically generate a chart and store the chart (.png) image in file folder "Chart". Till, October 2016 we are able to show these images on web page.

But, suddenly its asking Authentication "username and Password" while accessing this page. When we separately browsing image also same result. This happens only from Mobile devices. Desktop its working. If we access first desktop and then mobile also working. Only if we access first time from Mobile it is not working. PFB for the scenarios I have tried:

Hi Prasad,

请尝试将所有人添加到图表"文件夹权限.

Please try to add Everyone to the "Chart" folder permission.

并尝试创建文档库并将图像存储在库中，然后在移动设备中访问图像以检查其是否有效.

And try to create a document library and store the images in the library, then access the images in mobile to check if it works.

并检查ULS日志，对于SharePoint 2013，默认情况下，ULS日志位于
"C:\ Program Files \ Common Files \ Microsoft共享\ Web服务器扩展\ 15 \ LOGS"

And check the ULS log, For SharePoint 2013, by default, ULS log locates in
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS"
