I have a program then would send out an email to the user. I use html in the email, and I would need to have a button and a textbox in the email. The email supposes to let the user type in something in the textbox, then click the button to execute sql with the text information. I try that but the button would not work. Any idea how to do that? I do everything with C# in vistual studio environment.

You cannot do the things that you are describing within the body of the e-mail itself. What you could do instead is you could separate webpage containing the functionality that you need and then e-mail a link to that page to the user.
