As for recovering the data that you deleted, you would need to have a backup of your SQL server already to recover that data. If you have a backup, you can either do a full restore (which will mean you will lose all changes to your entire database since the backup) or you can mount your backup as a new database and then copy just the data you need over to your production SQL server.
