I have compiled my application using vs2005 and put the exe and dlls on a network drive.  The users running windows 7 that don't have write access to the folder cannot run the program.  The users on XP can run the program even without write access to the folder.  The admins with write access to the folder can run it on both XP and windows 7.

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix it other than giving the user write access to the folder.
