As per the official document - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/concept-mfa-whichversion MFA supports only first-party Microsoft apps.

In theory, you can use MFA server as Radius server. Any 3rd party SSO solution, if they can send the 2 factor request to an Radius target via PAP, then it should work.
