Since the sub-question in the rating scale question answer type can only be typed manually, there is no OOB method to achieve your request.

作为一种解决方法，我建议您在评分等级问题子问题中键入所有产品，并在要求对此问题进行回答"中选择否"，然后要求用户对您使用过的相关产品进行评分.

As a workaround, I suggest you typing all the products in the rating scale question sub-questions and selecting "No" for "Require a response to this question", and then asking users to rate the relevant products you have used.
