There''s no foolproof way to get a delivery notification. It''s not something that the mail protocol supports. If you were to send out an img tag that contains, in it''s path, something to identify that email, then if someone views the images ( and you can send back a logo or something ), you can confirm someone read it, but not know if someone did not.
