如果我的应用程序名称为test，则在构建它时会创建一个xml文档test.dll和test.mxl.  分发我的应用程序时，是否也要包含test.xml?

If my application name is test, when I build it, it creates test.dll and test.mxl which is an xml document.  When I distribute my applicaiton, do I want to include test.xml as well?
