Im trying to develop a IDE like visual studio in C# window app. where you can drag controls into a panel or form for users to create their own UI design. I need it to be drag and drop and almost the same as Visual studio. The problem is I dont know where to start and cant find any reference to do this.

Does anyone have any idea on this? I would really appreciate any ideas, suggestions, codes, references at all. Thank you so much.
