我在搜索结果中遇到两种类型的问题.我正在检索雇员的两种情况都将显示为列表.

I am having 2 types of issues in Search Results. Both the cases I am retrieving Employees, to be displayed as a list.

类型1:查询无法找到该雇员.在300多名员工中，它没有10名员工.

Type 1: Query is not able to find the employee. Out of more than 300 employees, it is not able get 10 people.

但是当我分别输入他们的姓名时，搜索就可以了.

But when I type their names individually, Search is fine.

类型2:根据提供的优化程序，查询正在查找配置文件.假设有30个人.但是在显示中，缺少1.

Type 2: Query is finding the profile, according to refiners given. Let's say 30 people. But in the display, 1 is missing.

Again, when I type the missing person's name, Search and display are fine.

Type 1: you said that "But when I type their names individually, Search is fine." 

How did you do the search when the 10 people is missing?

Type 2：Query is finding the profile, according to refiners given. Let's say 30 people. But in the display, 1 is missing. 

Where were you see 30 people displayed?

Please offer a screenshot to further troubleshoot the issue.
