I have  SharePoint 2013 Farm, With a connected web apps server. All of that is working. We have created a library, and have placed one excel spreadsheet in it.

I want this spreadsheet to download when a user click on it I do not want them to edit it in the browser. As I do not want them to make changes to it.

What I have done is set the web app to strict permissions, but this does not seem to resolve my issue.

How can I set the library to just download the document to the users pc?
