My subscription was disabled for a day or two and now it is activated again(after credit) but I am unable to start my virtual machines.

The error message is "unable to Failed to start virtual machine 'xxx'. Error: Subscription is not registered."

We would suggest to try the following and let us know:

Try it on a different browser.

Resize the virtual machine.(But backup the data first)

Use Powershell to force start the virtual machine.

If issues still persist, delete the virtual machine, but keep the attached disks. Then recreate the virtual machine and attach the old disks to it.
