I'm currently using SharePoint 2013 on-prem with OWA setup. But, since last week, we found that user cannot open the attachment through OWA including excel and word. All user can do is download the document and open through client application. Checked there is no windows update applied and certificate, environment were working fine before.  Any idea to resolve?
