您可以检查服务器中的owa登录。

如果要使用该服务，则应在ca中的excel服务中配置信任位置。

Hello,

I have a problem when I open excel in broswer, it cannot be open. But word/ppt works fine.

I restarted the excel services or the APP servers, but it is not work. 

The error is "We're sorry. We ran into a problem completing your request. Please try again in a few minutes"

Please help give some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Pls make sure your excel version is exact?

And you can check owa log in the server.

You should configure trust location in excel service in ca if you want use the service.
