嗨 对象损坏，

您可以删除InfoPath表格模板如下图所示。

 列表设置 - >表格设置

然后你可以打开InfoPath设计师2013年，打开已保存的InfoPath表单模板，然后将InfoPath表单发布到问题列表。

After creating an Issue List in SharePoint, I successfully created an InfoPath 2013 Form and applied many InfoPath Fom modification iterations successfully. I was able to use each iteration to add & modify records in the SharePoint Issue List. Then we attempted to enable email within Info Path and ended up corrupting the Connection. My thought is that if I first save the existing InfoPath Form Template Second remove  the existing Info Path form from SharePoint (please specify best way to do that?) Third, Can, I use the saved InfoPath Form Template and just re-establish a new clean connection to the SharePoint 2013 Issue List? I dont want to attempt and figure out what bonehead thing I did to corrupt the connection, I just want a clean start. Can you help me?

Hi Object Broken,

You could remove the InfoPath form template as picture below.

 List Settings->Form settings

Then you could open InfoPath designer 2013, open the saved InfoPath form template and publish the InfoPath Form to the issue list.

After publishing, you can get the information like the picture below.

After all, the list will use the InfoPath Form which you have published.
