In SharePoint online(o365) we have the team site(Production), and have two lists "test1" and "test 2", have developed the event receiver code (sand boxed solutions) when user click on save button the event receiver code will trigger. Now the sand boxed solutions are going to be deprecated on end of the year 2017, so we want to develop the remote event receiver code on Provider hosted app, for that we need the development environment. 

As per my analysis have to take the subscription of o365 developer site for developing the solutions but in production have the "team site"m, if we develop the solutions in o365 developer site, how the developer site solution can sync with the team site?

and also i heard like we can set up a external server environment for o365 to run out for developing the cloud App Model(CAM) Solutions, please provide the steps to create the environment.

Could you please guide any one to me how to set up the environment for developing the Remote event receiver code solution on provider hosted for o365 site, what are the subscription need to take ? and once we developed the solution on developer site, how to deploy it on production o365 team site?

Developer Site just makes it easier to get set up and start creating, testing, and deploying your SharePoint Add-ins more quickly, after you developing complete, you need add your add-in to App catalog so user could install from different site.
