I am developing sp2013 solutions with vs 2015 community with tools described in:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/d2tx7z6d.aspx  recommend to download 2017. Does it mean that i can upgrade VS in place? Are there any updates for the SharePoint solution development tools?
