Hello SP GURUS - I am trying to connect calendar (SP 2013) with Outlook (2010). I have contribute access on calendar list in SharePoint site but when i try to connect with outlook, it shows READ permission as shown below in screenshot. As far as I know SP Calendars are two sync with Outlook. What should I do to make it Editable in Outlook?

Besides, "connect to outlook" function is that sync the calendar to offline Outlook client, other users in another computers cannot view the calendar in their own Outlook client when they don’t sync the calendar to their Outlook. If other users access the calendar in SharePoint, sync the calendar to their Outlook and add events to calendar in SharePoint or calendar in their own Outlook. You can view all the events from yourself and other users in either SharePoint or Outlook.
