SharePoint version: 2013 on-premise

Outlook version: 2016 on-premise

We have configured a SharePoint portal with two zones.

1. Default zone with ADFS provider.

2. Intranet zone with windows authentication.

While accessing from any network besides company network we are able to synch SharePoint Calendar to Microsoft outlook, also we are able to edit Calendar in Microsoft outlook.

But when we access the SharePoint portal and Microsoft outlook through company network we can synch the SharePoint Calendar with Microsoft outlook but we can't add any event in SharePoint calendar through Microsoft outlook when we try to add event through outlook into SharePoint calendar it keep asking for credentials again and again. Neither any changes made to calendar in SharePoint do not reflect in SharePoint calendar in Microsoft outlook. 

While editing the SharePoint Calendar through Microsoft outlook we get following "send and receive error

message"

Hi Imranaql,

To check if the issue happens in a specific site collection, please create a new site collection and a same calendar list to check the outcome.

Try to delete the calendar list from Outlook and reconnected it to Outlook from the SharePoint Calendar list. Then check the results.

Try below steps to narrow down your issue:

1. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials

2. Remove all credentials there(This will remove your stored passwords).

3. Run "regedit" as an administrator to open Registry Editor. From Registry Editor for Office 2016, browse to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities.

4. Check to see if there are any folders listed under Identities. If yes, delete them.
