I've developed an Azure solution for our company and I'm now looking at offering it as a SaaS solution (as my research suggests this is the best way forward).

The solution has a Windows service component that I can't see any way around, without altering the firmware for hundreds of devices.

And you can have locally installed components, either by doing a ContactMe SaaS Listing, or having a trial SaaS and build in the experience on your SaaS AAD site for the customer to download/install any components.
