Hi there,

I want to create a website which let users buy and download some program.

The user should be able to enter his credit card details and submit and it should link to the host''s bank account.

Once the transaction is complete, user should be able to download the chosen file or program from the site.

I am not sure how the above items should be implemented since many of the items above are not in the website''s control.

Can anyone give me some hints, pointers please.

You should probably use something like PayPal[^]. I''m sure there are plenty of tutorials and templates out there for running payments through them. They will take a percentage out of the payment, but your customers will probably feel a lot safer running payments through an established company.
