I recently started developing a custom Field type for our SharePoint 2013 deployment. I was able to get the field type installed correctly at one point, but then seemingly out of no where it stopped working. When the server attempts to load the field type xml file, I get the error quoted in the title. Restarting seemed to briefly fix the issue, but after the first execution the issue came up again. If any more information is needed, please let me know
