Is it possible to have a billing  alert for an individual Resource Group?

Reason: We have multiple projects and each project is mapped to a unique Resource Group.

Project manager, constantly asks us how much they have consumed services on Azure and would like to have an auto email alert for the specific Resource group.

I`ve enabled the billing preview feature, but that provides alert for overall billing or overall credit remaining.

Thus, looking for alert based on resource group and would like to know if Azure Cost mgmt has a solution for it?
