Thank you for signing up for Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn and sorry to hear about the issue you are having. There are a couple of things to check to see what is causing the error. First, note that at this time, Azure EA, CSP, and Direct accounts cannot be used in the same Cloudyn tenant and may lead to "wrong API" errors. You will need to create a separate Cloudyn Tenant following the steps in these articles for each type of Azure subscription:
- View cost data - Direct
- View cost data - EA
- View cost data - CSP

If you are signing up as a CSP account only, please try the following work around of un-registering and re-registering your app in the Partner Center and let us know if this works from FAQ: How to resolve Cloudyn CSP setup errors
