通过转到管理中心->管理Web应用程序->选择相关的Web应用程序->常规设置->资源限制，尝试更改列表阈值限制，更改列表视图阈值.

How to Download the List of Files and Folders from a Document Library List exceeding 5000 Items ?

We have a library with folders and files that are exceeding 5000 items. However we have indexed the columns and using views/ folders to organize the files.

We are now using Export to Excel option to download the report of files from that library. We know the export to excel doesnt export the files but only the file and folder properties of the items present in the library. 

Since the Library has more than 5K items, Export to excel way of pulling report of library items is not working. 

How do we pull reports of documents present in the library in any other method that a end user can do ?

Admins can use power-shell scripts in the server to pull reports,however we would want to know if we have any methods for end users to pull reports of the files present in the document library themselves ? say with designer or export excel option or any other method. 

Please give your thoughts for this requirement.

Hi Karthik,

Try to increase list threshold limit though going to Central Administration->Manage web applications->select the relevant web application->General Settings->Resource Throttling, change the List View Threshold.
