We have moved our SharePoint site from VDX domain to MPX domain. we want to compare the old SharePoint site reports/users and permissions with new site and need to change the domain accounts accordingly to the new server.

You can re-associate the old accounts with the new accounts with the Move-SPUser cmdlet.

What you'll need to do is write a script that will retrieve all the user objects in your site collections and specify their new account name in the new domain. Move-SPUser will update all references for that user in the farm.
