Hi all,

I have seen many articles and blogs and code snippets on internet which explain how to send email on dialy basis using a web service. However I am not sure still how to achieve it ? I want to know that how a web service acts ? Is it like web service works only when someone once hits my website ? Cant it happen that even for the whole day if no one hits my website still the task continues with any problem ?? Moreover I send daily email to my clients at 11:00 am on regular basis. So how can i do it using web service but not any sql server thing or windows task scheduler. I just want a pure website solution to this. Is it even possible ???
