We are using Excel 2016 and are sharing files.  The workbook has multiple worksheets (25) each with different data on it but, for the most part drawing from a common data base that is in the first 4 worksheets.  The various pages utilize different numbers of rows and columns and are set to have page breaks for printing that are randomly different.

我们经常发现一个工作表上的行高发生了变化，大概是因为我们在另一工作表上更改了行高，而分页符的位置也发生了同样的变化.

We are regularly finding that the row heights change on one worksheet, presumably when we change a row height on another worksheet and the same is happening with the location of page breaks.
