I am testing publishing the MFA user portal through WAP to pass SSO for ADFS which is not working. I'm currently publishing Exchange which is correctly redirected to ADFS for authentication so I know the SSO portion works. This is a on-premise installation with no reliance on Azure. I have broken the roles up as follows on Server 2016:

Server1-ADFS

Server1 - ADFS

Server2-MFA

Server2 - MFA
