解决方案

启动mmc.exe，添加"证书"选择"计算机帐户"和本地计算机。  

选择"个人"，右键单击并选择"所有任务" - >"高级操作" - >"创建自定义请求"，然后选择"创建自定义请求"。

点击下一步和下一步。

选择您要使用的模板创建请求（我选择了WebServer）。

修改所需数据，添加CN，DNS，保存到文件。

We are using ADFS 3.0 / Windows 2012R2 and WAP https-certificate is going old.

My question is how to create certificate request which i can send to trusted CA without IIS? Found some instructions how to install certificate using netsh and powershell but how to create request

And is there something else to consider when renewing certificate?

解决方案

Start mmc.exe, add "Certificates" select "Computer Account" and Local computer. 

Select "Personal", right click and select "All Tasks"->"Advanced Operations"->"Create Custom Request"

Click Next and Next.

Select the template you wish to use creating request (I selected WebServer).

Modify the data required, add CN, DNS, save to file.
