I am in the process of trying to update my test environment to April 2017 CU.  I installed the cu and went to configure it.  I just realized the SharePoint Products Configuation Wizard is missing.  I have looked all apps area and dont see it.  Any idea what could cause it to disappear and possible way to get it back.  I already ran repair on the server.
