I think I posted in wrong forum. 
After upgrading our SharePoint 2013 with the April 2017 Cumulative update the SharePoint people picker is no longer working and we get JavaScript errors in INIT.js. Error message Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined" .  This was discovered first with a custom app using the people picker but then we discovered in SharePoint that we cannot add users to groups anymore with the peoplepicker error.  Anyone else seeing this error?  We also are seeing init.js errors o n our main SharePoint landing pages too

INIT.js file might be corrupted or not being updated. These files are located 15 hive. Better to copy js file from environment where it is working and placed into corrupted environment.
