thirdly, why 5 years. why not 15 to 25. don''t get into technical field if you are planning to do it for short time(yes 5 years is short). i know mot of the people in industry are doing this hoping to get bigger roles in 4 to 5 years. but times will change and do it if you are interested in it. because believe me it will defintly be beneficial for you.
