The only reason you could possibly see in using your Visual Studio is that it executed the minimalistic "development" HTTP server capable of hooking up ASP.NET. To deploy this application on a Web site, you need a host running appropriate Web server with all required modules set up; in particular, it could be IIS or Apache with mod_mono.
