Hi I m using crystal report for exporting data from database. bt I dont know how to formatting this report in Only One page. the required format of the export is:

Can anyone plz help for above formating output in my report that shud be in One page itself

How can we fit in your data in a page when we don''t know how much data is there? If all you care is fitting in one page, reduce the font size as much possible - but again this is not the solution.

You need to have a query to get data. Once you have desired data, design your report to show the data as per your need.
As such, I don''t know of any feature in Crystal reports that allow ''Fit in one page''. So forcing into one page would not be possible.
