In my web application I creating Reminder Module.
You cannot create a ''reminder'' module in ASP.NET. As others already commented, ASP.NET does not have anything that would trigger a code automatically. You can use ASP.NET to configure your reminder module but the actual implementation cannot reside in it.

Reminder module will be a good sample application for Windows Service.
