We have no idea what hardware you have available, or your ability level.
However, it is clear that you have no idea how complex any of this is. So, assuming you have an LCD attached to your uController here is a challenge for you: Write a routine to draw a line between two points. Then write another to draw an ellipse given it''s centre point, a width and a height.When you have done those, you will be ready to start thinking about text. (And you will still be several miles away from any crude GUI, I''m afraid).
