One problem with changing article is that the submission of the article creates a permanent URL, which should not be changed. At the same time, I have done a minor fix to one of my article, so I remember it was possible. Title is a funny thing. I used to allow myself giving some very mentor-like advice, such as: "What is the most important thing in any project? No, no. The most important thing is its name. Should you pick a wrong name in the very beginning; and everything else goes wrong". :-)
