我在portege上创建了本体，我想用jena将该本体(OWL文件)加载到eclipse，我已经在eclipse中安装了jena，但是我不知道如何在其上加载owl文件. ?????????有人可以帮我吗?

I made ontology on portege and i want to load this ontology(OWL file) to eclipse with jena ,i already install jena in eclipse but i don''t know how to load owl file on it?????????????? Can anyone help me,please??
