We cannot remove the web part.

Web Part Error: A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed or imported. The type QuestechSystems.SharePoint.WebControls.WebParts.EventCalendarListWebPart, QuestechSystems.SharePoint.EventCalendarList, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=95970ee7e3d484ea could not be found or it is not registered as safe.

You need an entry in the SafeControls section of the web.config. Please understand the tools before attempting to use them. This is a well-known and well documented requirement for SharePoint webparts.
