我在库中有一个excel文件。当我在页面中添加excel Web访问Web部件时。我无法自动刷新或点击刷新所有连接而不更新数据，直到我重新加载工作簿

I have a excel file in a library. When I am adding a excel web access web part in a page. I am not able to auto refresh it or when clicking on refresh all connection not updating the data until I reload the workbook

What data connection you are using in this Excel file?
Did you receive any error message when clicking on "refresh all connection"?

There are different places where you can configure the Excel data refresh settings for external data when using it with SharePoint.
a. Microsoft Excel file Data Connection Properties
b. Excel Web Viewer refresh option – viewing files in Excel Web Access
c. In Central Admin > Excel Services > Trusted File Locations
d. SharePoint Excel Web Part Properties

You may check these settings first following this article and see if these settings could solve your issue.
