i have install sqlserver 2005 express edition in windows 7 64 bit os but can''t install i got the following error

You probably have sqlserver and sqlserver express installed. To solve you would need to uninstall both using "Add or Remove Program" and reinstall sqlserver. Maybe you could try "Change" first instead of removing it, maybe you are in luck and get done just enough that way.
